@mtntallpaul @CyclicallyC @Nemesis_wanted CyclicallyC blocked me like a coward. Guess the questions became to tough for him.

You pay for an ID that is necessary for many things in life, not just voting.
So it's ridiculous to call it a poll tax.
And you cannot point to a statute or court ruling that rules an ID requirement a poll tax.
It's just your opinion.
Opinions are like anal orifices.
Everyone has one and most of them stink.

@OGshermbot @mtntallpaul If I have to pay a fee to the govenrment to be eligble to vote that is a poll tax and a fee for an is thats required to vote qualifies as a poll tax

@mtntallpaul @Nemesis_wanted @CyclicallyC They should also have to pay for your shoes and clothes, you do have to be dressed to vote. Well, maybe not in California, but other States you have to wear some form of clothing. Damn the hurdles!
English
@Nemesis_wanted @Saveamutt @CyclicallyC So, government must pay for the has I use to drive to the polls?
English
@Saveamutt @mtntallpaul @CyclicallyC Everything doesn’t have to be free, just the hurdles the government put in the way of you exercising your rights.
English
@Nemesis_wanted @mtntallpaul @CyclicallyC Why does everything have to be free? As a tax payer, I should not have to pay for you to get an ID. It’s called being a responsible adult. You want to vote, pay the $35 to get an ID.
English

@mtntallpaul @CyclicallyC @Saveamutt Can you point out the position I invented? I was asking if there was an objection to them being free and easy to obtain. If you don’t have one then we are aligned but the SAVE act doesn’t have this included so they need to change it.
English
@Saveamutt @nikoenjoyer1 @ChadowskiIsBack Oh Charlie. Most people want voter ID, but voter ID isn't the SAVE act, now is it.

Are we quietly ignoring that Arizona would also likely swing back to a hard red state?
The American Southwest could be a Red Wall if Thune stops fucking around.

Estimated net two-party vote margin with vs without The Save America Act Per Washington Post Nevada: 🔴 R+1 -> 🔴 R+6.3 New Mexico: 🔵 D+4 -> 🔴 R+3.3
English
@Nemesis_wanted @mtntallpaul "all of the ones darker than taupe, or with too many consecutive consonants in their names"
That's the answer. They just don't like saying it out loud.
English
@CyclicallyC @nikoenjoyer1 @ChadowskiIsBack Why are you against what the majority of people want? We need voter ID. If you do not have to show an ID, like in California, anyone can vote. Someone could even use your name and take away your right to vote. If you are unable to acquire an ID in 2026, that is on you.
English
@Saveamutt @nikoenjoyer1 @ChadowskiIsBack Are you incapable of following a conversation? If you need some sort of accommodation, just ask.
Why disenfranchise thousands of voters to combat a non-existent problem?
English
@CyclicallyC @nikoenjoyer1 @ChadowskiIsBack And, why are you against what the majority of people want?

Found the only infrastructure in all of America being updated, power lines for data centers
Construction crews are out putting in new transmission lines, transformers, and miles of new poles for the new AI Data Center project in Vineland, New Jersey
These grid upgrade costs have been socialized across all customers, meaning raising everyone’s bills
Residents on average are seeing roughly 20% increase on their energy bills
Jersey did pass bills in 2026 trying to make large data centers cover their own upgrade costs but Vineland has its own municipal utility. Meaning residents are paying the upgrade costs

💔 A heartbreaking story out of Colorado…
This weekend, Andrew Beckham, a member of the Colorado Air National Guard, says his worst nightmare became reality.
While Andrew was deployed overseas last month, he trusted someone to watch his beloved husky, Maverick. Instead, he says that same man stole his car with Maverick inside.
Now, Maverick has been found dead.
Andrew believes his dog may have suffered inside that vehicle for weeks. The pain in his voice during his interview is devastating, but he says he chose to speak out for a reason.
He fears the man he trusted could still be offering house sitting or pet sitting services on other platforms.
Andrew wants #JusticeforMaverick and he wants to warn others before another family goes through this kind of loss.
👉 Please, take extra precautions when trusting someone with your home or your pets:
• Verify backgrounds
• Use reputable, accountable platforms
• Listen to your instincts
Let’s keep Maverick’s story from happening again. 🐾

Ella Emhoff, stepdaughter of former Vice President Kamala Harris, from 16 December last year:
"...I'm just sitting here crocheting, waiting for a friend, and I was just listening to this podcast that The Wall Street Journal put out about SSRIs and anti-anxiety meds and kind of the over-prescription of them in America.
"And it was making me think a lot because I've been on SSRIs for over a decade, almost fifteen years probably, and they were calling out the lack of research on long-term use of these things.
"They were calling out the lack of information that doctors give about coming off of these meds and kind of the psychological effects they can have.
"And it really got me thinking how little I've thought about that, naively, obviously.
"But I've noticed that every time I've gone off of it for a week or missed it or for whatever reason, like, it has been really hard for me, and I've had a really hard time.
"And I guess this is just something I was wondering if you guys have thought about or relate to or kind of consider when you're thinking about going on meds like that.
"Because I don't know if this is something that I feel like is being talked about enough because I feel like so many of us are on these meds, and this is, like, actually happening.
"Like, people get off of them, and they kind of break down, and it can be really bad. So yeah, I guess I just want your general thoughts."

Former software engineer at Apple is whistleblowing
She says whenever Apple launches a new phone, they would push an update to older iPhones with malware to slow them down. This pushes people to upgrade
“I used to be a software engineer at Apple, and with every new phone that was released, malware was installed on the older phones to make you have to update, so your phone's not just glitching. It's doing that on purpose. Share before it's deleted”
She’s telling the truth, this was proven in court
The 2017 “Batterygate” scandal, where Apple was caught deliberately slowing down older iPhones through software updates
Apple was caught red handed doing this they even admitted it in court
Apple released iOS updates that intentionally throttled and reduced CPU performance. This caused phones to feel slower, glitchy and laggy
Apple’s stated reason: To prevent unexpected shutdowns caused by aging lithium-ion batteries
