You pay for an ID that is necessary for many things in life, not just voting. So it's ridiculous to call it a poll tax. And you cannot point to a statute or court ruling that rules an ID requirement a poll tax. It's just your opinion. Opinions are like anal orifices. Everyone has one and most of them stink.
