@ScienceIsDope_ Blud literally said hatha yoga pradipeeka doesn't have anything to do with Postural yoga, clown at least read the index of the book. Anyone with a basic knowledge of Yoga knows that asanas are just the 1 step, the 3rd step to be specific.
