Yes, low attendance, and quorum issues deserve criticism. No elected House should treat debate as a formality. Ministers must attend, draft laws must be shared in time and committees must be given real weight. But calling Parliament merely a “rubber stamp” is an overstatement. Parliamentary performance is not measured by empty benches, ONLY. It also includes questions, committees, resolutions, budget scrutiny, and legislation, as well as the ability of elected members to hold the executive to account. The National Assembly has passed laws, adopted resolutions, completed working days and processed thousands of questions. That must be acknowledged. The opposition also has a duty. Walkouts may protest exclusion, but they can also leave the field open. Strong opposition stays in the House, records dissent, moves amendments and forces debate. Pakistan does not need contempt for Parliament. It needs attendance discipline, open debate, stronger committees, timely legislation and a culture where elected representatives treat Parliament as duty, not privilege. Criticize Parliament where needed. Strengthen it where possible. But do not delegitimize the only elected national forum available to the people. dawn.com/news/2005999/i…

Rawalakot: The hooligans of JAAC have fired on law enforcement officers under a pre meditated plan. 3 x law enforcement individuals have embraced shahadat. More than dozen policemen have been wounded. The violent protestors then attacked CMH Rawalakot. This is a terrorist attack. Result will be natural & logical.

Groups such as TTP and ISIS-K thrive on ideological ecosystems that outlive individual leaders and military setbacks. Eliminating operatives is important, but dismantling the worldview that fuels recruitment, radicalization and violence is the real long-term challenge.

Pakistan is continuously engaged in diplomatic and legal efforts to include the Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) and its faction Majeed Brigade in the United Nations’ most important anti-terrorism list the 1267 Committee. ♦️ This is not a sudden step but part of a well-planned and sustained strategy. Pakistan has prepared a comprehensive, documented case backed by solid evidence against BLA and has already presented it to the United Nations. ➖ The 1267 Committee’s procedure is deliberately kept very strict because once a decision is made, it becomes binding worldwide. Therefore, consensus among member states is required. ➖ It is wrong to portray delays as Pakistan’s failure or as validation of BLA. These delays are simply part of the standard legal process. Pakistan will continue strengthening its case and engaging with member countries until consensus is achieved. ♦️ BLA’s reality has not changed ,suicide bombings, hostage-taking, target killings, and brutal attacks on civilians and infrastructure clearly expose its terrorist face. ♦️ The world has already recognized BLA as a terrorist organization: ➖ Pakistan has banned BLA under its domestic laws. ➖ The United States has designated BLA and Majeed Brigade as terrorist entities. ➖ The United Kingdom has imposed a ban on BLA and listed Majeed Brigade as part of it. ➖ Australia imposed terrorism financing sanctions on BLA and its top leaders in 2026. ♦️ Pakistan has successfully elevated the BLA issue from a domestic counter-terrorism matter to the international diplomatic and legal arena. With China’s support, it has formally initiated the 1267 process. ♦️ Actions by countries like the US, UK, and Australia indicate that international recognition of this threat is growing rather than diminishing. ♦️ Pakistan remains firm in its position. BLA is a terrorist organization and will be presented as such at the global level. The delay is temporary, but the evidence and reality are permanent. Pakistan will continue this struggle until global sanctions are imposed on BLA.

Breaking News🚨🚨 Azad Kashmir Government Bans JK-JAAC as Terrorist Organization The Government of Azad Kashmir has officially declared the Jammu Kashmir Joint Public Action Committee (JK-JAAC) a banned organization. The President of Azad Kashmir has approved the inclusion of JK-JAAC in the list of proscribed organizations under the Anti-Terrorism Act 2014. The Joint Public Action Committee has been found guilty of terrorism, activities against state peace and security, threatening the public, and spreading anarchy. “The organization will not be allowed to promote hatred or create a sense of insecurity in society,” authorities stated. The President exercised his powers under Section 12 of the Anti-Terrorism Act 2014 to take this decisive action. According to a notification issued by the Home Department, JK-JAAC has been added to the First Schedule of the Anti-Terrorism Act. A complete ban has now been imposed on the group, also known as the Public Action Committee.

If the Joint Awami Action Committee (JAAC) refuses to conduct itself responsibly and continues its disruptive activities, the government must demonstrate unwavering resolve and decisive authority without hesitation. It should immediately arrest the instigators and fully dismantle this irrational and unlawful committee. The state must never capitulate to street hooligans or allow anarchy to prevail over the rule of law.

Beware of Impersonation Accounts Masquerading as Pakistani Voices Beware of accounts posing as Pakistani, but in reality operating as part of coordinated propaganda efforts linked to Indian RAW and BLA networks. A closer look often reveals the pattern: most of their followers are Indian accounts, exposing the true nature of their intended audience and amplification strategy. As the wise once said, even copying requires wisdom, something that is missing in Indians.
