🔥Meanwhile, Russian channels report that 11 Ukrainian aircraft are in the air, preparing to launch British Storm Shadow missiles. Some Russian sources claim that’s around 10 Storm Shadow missiles have been already launched, along with a large number of drones.

Sweden has made supporting Ukraine a top priority in its foreign policy. During my meeting with Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson @SwedishPM, I thanked him for this commitment and Sweden’s essential support of our people, including its efforts to coordinate with other allies to implementing the “peace through strength” approach. We discussed joint actions with European partners to restore a just peace and develop security guarantees. It is essential to continue defense assistance for Ukraine and to pressure Russia with sanctions so that we can start negotiations from a position of strength. Putin can only be defeated by a strong Europe. 🇺🇦🇸🇪

❗️Ukraine will not accept any bilateral peace talks without the participation of Kyiv and European partners, – Zelensky. About Trump’s call first to Putin, and then to the President of Ukraine: “I do not accept that it was a priority, that – to talk to the Russian Federation first. Although it is really not very pleasant.”

7. Putin has violated all agreements he ever signed, beginning with the OSCE agreements on Moldova in 1999. That is more than 25 years of a track record. Here, nothing will change. Without strong security on the ground, Ukraine will be attacked again.

A few reflections on the Trump-Putin talk. 1. Russia has failed to achieve its objectives, stated in December 2021: Ukraine remains independent. It is militarily stronger. NATO has expanded.

❗️Europe will support Ukraine if Kyiv does not agree to terms of peace deal concluded between US and Russia, — Kaia Kallas The EU’s top diplomat said that Europe and Ukraine must be involved in peace talks for any deal to work, and stressed that giving in to Russia before the talks even begin is a bad tactic. Kallas added that Ukraine’s rejection of NATO membership in exchange for some “security guarantees” is not a peaceful settlement, but a capitulation to the Kremlin.

Europe needs to stop hyperventilating and start actually taking concrete action to weaken Russia and strengthen Ukraine before negotiations start.
