@SendGridSupport I'm not submitting new ones, because nothing is happening. I'll keep posting them here until someone does something about them. Plenty of info in what I'm posting.

I remain adrift at sea with only phish to feed me and no hope in sight from being saved by @twilio @SendGridSupport with help in their mass compromise sending "SendGrid" phish through their system. AKA how to destroy dedicated and shared IP sending reputation.

@SendGridSupport @twilio My account has been completely locked for over 2 WEEKS. I can’t log in, I can’t fix what you’re asking me to fix, and you’re still charging me. Tickets #25376948/#25663314. This is beyond unacceptable. My clients are suffering and I’m losing 💰. FIX THIS

making an account over at @SendGridSupport has been the worst mistake i've ever made. I keep getting scam and phishing emails. And i can't even delete my account either. So i have to check each and every one of them if i didn't ACTUALLY get hacked. Mental load is high :(

@KevinPicchi Sorry to hear you're receiving impersonating emails using our brand. I can confirm that our Teams located a bad actor and shut down the account. While separate actors may attempt to impersonate our brand, we do recommend reporting these incidents by emailing abuse@sendgrid.com

@sgerlach Thanks for that update Scott. This source is mostly an intake form, rather than a means of a support communication. If you'll DM us the email address you used to submit your requests, I'd be happy to check on the status for you.

@SendGridSupport I have reported MULTIPLE instances to abuse with no reply and no action. This is WIDESPREAD activity on the SendGrid platform. These are not spam, they are phishing email using compromised accounts.

Hey @twilio & @SendGridSupport Are you going to do something about the BARRAGE of phishing emails coming through your compromised accounts or just let end users keep trying to "guess correctly" to not get phished. I get about 4-6 of these a week

This looks like a phishing attack setup using starbucksindia.net domain as sender and posing as Sendgrid. They even have a site imitating @SendGrid at - security-sgreview.com @StarbucksIndia and @SendGrid should look at this.

Possibly the most nefarious phishing attempt I've seen in recent days @SendGrid you might want to look into it. A LOT of people are going to fall for this.

@SendGridSupport I try to update a trail account to a paid account. All checks are green only sending the verification email is failing. I do receive the email but when clicking the link I get the message: Account Email Address Confirmation Failed

@SendGridSupport I need support with the API (not sending mails), chatbot coulnd't help and the web form to open ticket gives an error. Can't be this hard :D....

@chacon Sorry for the troubles. All you need to do is visit support.sendgrid.com and click on "troubles logging in". From there select "I'm having a different log-in issue". That'll take you to a form to fill out so our teams can further review.

@SendGridSupport I lost the phone number connected to my 2FA, so I can't log in. I can't submit a ticket because I can't log in to submit a ticket. All your emails are noreply@. What am I to do now?

@twilio @sendgrid Merged my account into 1 and lost all of my records/data from my OG sendgrid account. Users reporting they are not receiving emails. What's the fix?

@SendGrid been trying to cancel this for a week and no response. No contact info provided and if I want to chat or call, they make you upgrade your service. only option is AI chat bot......please help

Given the replies I'm getting from @SendGridSupport my guess is that they have an AI agent talking to me rather than a person which is super annoying.
