I recently passed on a company because I didn't like the founder. BUT, I have strong feeling that the company will be successful. Founder was not awful, offensive or shady, just kinda arrogant and entitled, not my vibe.
But if my job is returning capital to LPs and I believe this founder can be successful and within our thesis, should I be investing anyway? I struggle with this...
