@KP24 Advancement is needed now more than ever to undo the crap we've created. Spotting crisis areas faster, making technologies that unfortunately we have become far too acquired to more efficient and echo friendly. It's about advancement for the right reasons surely?

@VodafoneUK It started at 7.43 last night on web chat when told me I needed to go to a concerns team where I Sat until after 9pm with messages saying I would be connected between 5 or 100 minutes at varying point. I went back to 1st people after and within 2 minutes cancelled my contract.

@VodafoneUK Why is it taking over an hour for a concerns team to answer a webchat? I don't actually have a concern and had someone on within 30 seconds until they weren't allowed to deal with my request and so transferred me to a concerns team. Appauling service.
