@Marriott your Mgr at the DelMonte Spa & Resort ($430 room)in Pittsford, NY told me I should be happy he comped my room ($99) after he ‘walked’ me from his renaissance hotel even though I made the res> 3 weeks in advance. Said someone had to go & I hadn’t stayed b4 so it was me!

@Delta thank you for lying about a room reservation after your delay caused us to miss out flight. Now we have to pay for a hotel room and multiple Uber rides to get to another hotel. Staff at hotel confirmed this happens all the time.
