Explain to me how gas prices have gone down in El Salvador? Three weeks ago gas was $3.84 and today gas was $3.77. El Salvador imports 100% of their petroleum. America produces 110% of their petroleum. Gas in Michigan was $2.25 and this week gas hit $4.20 in my town. What the hell am I missing?
