๐จHouse Ethics panel just slammed Rep. Sheila Cherfilus-McCormick (D-FL) guilty on 25 counts, stealing millions in FEMA disaster aid and funneling it straight through her familyโs company into her own congressional campaign!!!!
Bipartisan verdict. Federal indictment already pending.
When disaster relief money for struggling Americans gets laundered through the family business to buy a seat in Congress, thatโs not a โmistakeโ, thatโs straight-up corruption and a disgusting betrayal of public trust.
Accountability NOW. Expulsion from Congress should be on the table yesterday.
