I KNOW BW and GH have pregnancy content but other than that they are kinda bare and sad and stuff LOL

I still feel sorry for BW and GH fans lol I know I complained a lot back in the day as an Avery fan and I know Whitfans had to suffer for years too, same w/ Robin fans and (maybe) Alex fans (though they have pregnancy content...)... But damn, Beast LI fans have it rough.

Tbh when Gwylan first came out, I don't think Kylar or Sydney fans had anything to complain about. Back in 2023, it was those two getting all the content updates, Whitney got some trickles of content too. But fans of other LIs definitely had a reasonable bone to pick tbh.

@TheBrandonGame @DoL_comix Combined with the fact that some LIs had to wait several years for smaller content updates (Avery, Whitney) and Robin being kinda shafted, it's understandable why other LI fans were angry. Kylar and Sydney fans had absolutely nothing to complain about, though.

@TheBrandonGame @DoL_comix Even now, Eden as a LI was one that was supposedly getting a fix since I've been into DoL... I don't think they've "fixed" Eden yet lol, and I'm not so sure they even intend to touch Eden anytime soon. Eden's lost a bit of popularity over the past few years, from what I'm seeing.

@TheBrandonGame @DoL_comix Something like that. They did go from an NPC that could help you sometimes but mostly did nothing, to an NPC with almost more content than some other LIs, basically all at once. I've def grown to like them! But I did understand the initial backlash from the oldheads.

@TheBrandonGame @DoL_comix SO different! For starters, old Gwylan had very little content in general lol. Was just a mysterious shopkeeper with a slightly eccentric charm to them, in my opinion. The content rework came all at once, which changed some nothing NPC to a MAJOR major NPC overnight basically lol
