@SizeCon I've been thinking about it being due to guest cancellations too. I know you guys are always on top of your game and your volunteers are super hard at work, so tysm for taking the time to reply! 💛 This wasn't directed to y'all though, more of a vent post about my local cons! 🧡

This is nothing against the Sizecon staff but rather a widespread trend I'm starting to see: Why do modern cons barely announce guests until like a week before, sometimes even having unannounced guests?
