Another of the 3 had already been removed from voter rolls in 2022. Non-citizen voting is extremely rare. I have to show my ID every time I vote in Michigan.

This is a clear interference in State election process.

@robert23905 @BillJaeck @GovWhitmer Those referenced lawsuits were in response to states not following election laws laid out by Congress. The President does have the authority to enforce laws, not create his own. EO 14019 didn't prescribe different means by which states carry out elections.

@GovWhitmer Gov, with all due respect, Trump's EO on mail-in ballots is very simple: If states want to use the postal service in their elections, then there's a new bar code on the envelope with a postmark by election day. That seems fair to me.
