Lowkey miss when it was normalized (or at least more tolerated and not questionable) in America to wear face masks in public. I loved having the comfort of anonymity, not being self conscious and not having to keep my facial expressions in check. 🫩

@wind_master13 yeah, Dark Yugi is much more polite and acts super wise right off the bat in dub robbing you of some of his angst (except when the dub really couldn't avoid it, like almost killing Kaiba) also, for worse examples, Jack in 5D's just magically gets Scarred Nova-

Not as related but it's always dub geeks who NEVER give the later series a fair shot either They'll glaze 5D's just because of the dub they can't grow out of but ZEXAL onwards? They'll despise just because it's not from their childhood even tho it got the same dubbing style
