Paloma would be 25 tomorrow. For almost two years there has been a narrative about my daughter’s death and about me, and I have largely stayed quiet publicly while I was trying to obtain records, data and investigation documents. This case involved emergency services, intensive care, a Serious Incident investigation, a police investigation and a Coroner’s Inquest. In a case like that, the most important things are not opinions or media headlines, the most important things are records, monitor data, investigation reports and timelines. Over time we have obtained a large amount of clinical material, ECGs, blood results, blood gases , monitor figures, drug charts, CT scan DICOM FILE, autopsy findings and eyewitness accounts. When you look at all of this material together, it does not support the idea that there was a prolonged cardiac arrest before emergency intervention or any cardiac arrest at all. The clinical picture that appears from the records we do have is more consistent with iatrogenic drug-induced injury following emergency treatment. So the issue now is not media narratives or blame. The issue is records, data and investigation integrity. For a long time I have asked the same question and I will keep asking it: What primary monitor data existed, who reviewed it during the Serious Incident investigation and inquest preparation, and where is that data now? Because in any serious incident investigation, records and data matter more than anything else. I did not go quiet because I knew that eventually everything comes back to documents, timelines and evidence. This is not about arguments. This is not about publicity. This is about records, data, timelines and what actually happened. And that is why I am still here asking these questions today. Our investigation continues with many authorities involved.

Just when you think it cannot possibly get any worse, it transpires in the epstein files that a newborn baby still attached to its 9 year old mother by the umbilical cord was raped to death by 370 “men” whilst still attached to its 9 year old mother - and then it was eaten.
