Starting January 22nd, we will be providing Middle School Football Strength & Speed sessions in the Middle School Gym & Weight Room. Sessions will run on Wednesdays & Fridays from 6:15-7:15am and focus on speed mechanics, weight room safety, and proper lifting form.
