Illuminating answer (that matches what I am hearing from others) about why AIs don’t come with release notes: no one knows well what new models are capable of doing well or badly in advance.
It is why it is so important to test on your own use cases. Don’t just listen to others.

@emollick in our partial defense, training these models can be more discovery than invention. often we don't exactly know what will come out. we've long wanted to do release notes that describe each model's differences, but we also don't want to give false confidence with a shallow story.
