I released a clear statement about the law. They just don’t want facts to get in the way of their narrative. They are not credible. It’s fear mongering and left wing activism. Their constant disinformation confuses the public and may prevent or intimidate women from seeking the care they may need in an emergency situation.

What every state should be doing: Florida agency regulating hospitals directly sends alert to all doctors to remind them they are subject to malpractice lawsuits and state sanctions if they delay or fail to provide proper care to women with dangerous pregnancy complications.
