With each of our children's births, I took some time off work. The time off increased with each birth, because my usefulness increased. But I wasn't mostly useful for caring for the baby. I had limited use in caring for my wife after the first 3 days. I was useful in caring for the older kids. The picture below, from 16 years ago today, captures those wonderful times. Mom and Baby needed naps -- and 1-on-1 time. My job was to take the 3.5-year-old and the 1.5-year-old out of the house. These days, walking the woods endlessly with my two oldest, when they were so little, are among my most cherished memories.

@Ali18343 @LiveAction Wrong. Unless infection supervenes (chorioamnionitis) there is no need to deliver the child prior to the stage of viability. Continuing pregnancy can be supported and maintained to allow continuing pregnancy, saving both mother and child.

Doctors told Tatyana to abort after her water broke at 19 weeks. She said she’d rather die than kill her child. Tatyana laid on her back in the hospital for 65 days to keep her baby alive. Easton’s life — and joyous smile — are proof that life is always worth fighting for.

@EstieMaddie Agree 100%. We’re using brick phone, my son calls his friends, it’s really nice hearing them chat. I’d love to have no 📞 at all but there are no public phones & no live bus time tables or paper timetables for travel to-from school or anywhere.

After a year of resisting our calls to ban smartphones in schools Labour have finally listened & u-turned. They were wrong to dismiss it as an unnecessary gimmick. This will give teachers the backing they need and it is a huge win for behaviour & attainment in schools.

This 19 yo mom, Mollie, was told her baby had a fatal diagnosis and doctors suggested abortion because she wouldn't be "normal." Instead of giving in to the fear and "what ifs," she chose life. She trusted that every baby has value and purpose beyond what any scan could predict. Watching this young girl speak with such wisdom and boldness broke me. What incredible bravery and heart to stand up for her baby when the world said it might be too hard. Every life is precious. Love like this changes everything 🙏❤️🙏

@Miss_Snuffy Brick phones are all the secondary children need in my opinion as there are no payphones any more. Works well for us and our son actually calls his friends and they speak to each other!!

WONDERFUL NEWS! The government and Bridget Phillipson are doing something right! Well done to them! Woohoo! 🥳 This will make the hard job of headship much easier for countless heads. The law will back what all good schools have been fighting for. 👏

@ClaudiaBryan01 Enough! In Surrey, builds are endless/ugly, road closures, back 2 back traffic jams & not a new bus route in sight!!! The conversations with our children is 💔, they see it: no fields-no food, no trees-no oxygen-no birds. Stop stamp duty & ppl will upsize/downsize!

I had a house here for 28 years. I was the Secretary on our local Resident’s Association. For years we tried to block the Government and developers from ruining our Countryside. We lost. This will be the last memory we have before the land is covered in new housing. Our Countryside, nature and natural lungs lost to greedy profiteers with no vision. Kent, England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

@EveCoy24 @Miss_Snuffy @drivebylawyer5 💯🎯Schools/parents need to be firm. Educational bodies need to shout out about this more. We need to discuss whole body health too: eyesight/posture/anxiety. I’ve heard so many kids say they are relieved when devices get confiscated! I HATE computer homework!

@BGatesIsaPyscho I can’t quite believe what I have just watched. Where do you start the conversation? The simple chat back or the brainwashing? Our children are denied the innocent abandonment of true childhood. I wanted a magnetic pencil case with a hidden drawer not a new identity!

Student to teacher:- “You just deadnamed them Miss” Student:- “You shouldn’t have to try - you either see them or you don’t” This is truly awful - a new UK drama, that features a Trans Student and then entire classroom full of woke indoctrinated student students.

IMPORTANT: The ex-CEO of the UK’s largest abortion provider BPAS tells @Jacob_Rees_Mogg on @GBNEWS that women have the right to abort their own babies right up to birth: “ALL THE TIME it’s in the woman’s body, it has to be subject to what she feels is going to be best for her.”

😱Listen to this cold hearted nutter - ex CEO of our country’s largest abortion provider - sharing her views regarding in utero babies. “All the time it’s in the woman’s body, it has to be subject to what she feels is going to be best for her, her family, and indeed the unborn child.” But what a distressed woman ‘feels’ can be very ignorant and misguided. This ‘expert’ must know that it most certainly is NOT best for a mother to take an abortion pill at home in an advanced stage of pregnancy. It’s bloody dangerous (I use this swear word deliberately) for the mother even if she ‘feels’ otherwise. As for what’s best for the unborn child..If the child had a voice I’m pretty damn sure they’d say killing it wasn’t best for it!

@FamEdTrust It is only going to get worse. The DFE has in Feb this year removed almost all barriers to academies/schools building nurseries on school land with no need for planning permission, on playing fields, playgrounds, with no parking.

The DfE is targeting mothers on social media to persuade them into believing their babies are missing by not going to nursery. The ads imply they’ll be better mothers if they hand their child over to state-funded group childcare. The gaslighting of mothers is unreal!
