This guy showed up to pay his ticket entirely in pennies and the staff was not having it.
They kept telling him he couldn’t do that while he argued back that it’s legal tender. The whole situation is peak chaos — he’s dead serious, they’re losing their minds, and he’s just standing there with a mountain of pennies like it’s a normal Tuesday.
You can tell this was 100% a “I’m gonna make a point” moment.
