@StructureTools That's what I meant. In Staad.Pro I used this feature a while back. It would be nice to have the easy feature available in @FreeCADNews too. Need to check out the workbench.

@ferozerashid I don't know if I understood correctly, but yes there is a section resource that can be added to structural elements that can be viewed in 3D and is used in the analysis.

@StructureTools love it. do you plan to add a feature where we can apply a uniform beam on select centerlines? for both visual rep and maybe structural analyses?
