Please choose wisely. Permanent Daylight Saving Time should not be an option. It's been proven that Daylight Saving Time is bad. Please choose Standard time. We can handle 4:30am sunrises and 4:30pm sunsets sure we don't like it. But we need to put our health first. Standard!

Five years ago, Georgia passed a bill to end Daylight Saving Time, but federal law blocked it. The new bill tries a workaround by shifting the state to Atlantic Standard Time to keep the same time year round, pending federal approval.

I'll give you this. Maybe businesses could start changing their hours in the summer to come in earlier and start to shift earlier. And end earlier. Or have the evening sports go on the weekend instead? Well the kids should be more focusing on their studies then their sports during the weekdays

Aside from losing that hour of sleep, the worst thing about Spring Forward is waking up in the dark again, just when the natural Standard Time sun was rising at a reasonable hour. It's depressing.
