🚨#CA13 Update - Merced County's update is in, adding 658 votes that break 57.6%/42.4% for Democrat Adam Gray, netting him an even 100 votes to trim incumbent Republican John Duarte's lead from 294 votes to 194 votes.

This is important. In places where persuasion and other efforts were being made, Kamala did 3 points better than in places where it wasn’t happening. If the fundamentals and dissatisfaction w Biden hadn’t been so overwhelming, that three points could have been decisive.

Latest numbers: across the seven battleground states, the '20-'24 swing towards Trump was ~3.1 pts. Across the other 43 states (+DC), it was ~6.7 pts. Bottom line: the Harris campaign swam impressively against some very strong underlying currents.
