It was an honour and privilege to hold an event in the Senedd in conjunction with @SyrianWelsh, led by the inspirational @DrAlhadjAli. We welcomed the fall of the Assad dictatorship and looked to a brighter future that will hopefully be free of bloodshed and filled with peace.

This morning is different to Syrian people; today Syria is a country free from dictatorship. Nearly 14 years of sacrifice, sorrow and pain from all free Syrians to reach this bright morning today. #Syria #FreeSyria
