I feel like there is a lot of interior freedom in being a traditional-leaning trans woman. You are not only super paradoxical, you have the freedom of obviously having truly discerned what you believe, and believing it because you actually want to, not because of aestheticsics.

Personally I more or less think all religions are fundamentally the same basic thing of cultivating interior silence, worshiping the inexpressible, finding God's presence within the heart, and generally learning to be a compassionate person.

This is all to say that all of the prayers and extreme penances I did never cured me of my transsexualism. All my delusions went away within a month of starting medication and I have never had problems ever since. Spiritual warfare is almost definitely (almost always) cooky bs.

bc I was a follower of the Fr. Ripperger brand of spiritual warfare, and even downloaded the app associated with him that has all the prayers you could ever think of. That kind of repression definitely fed into my delusions and it was so harmful to me. /9

Story time, my trans "exorcism" stor(ies) from last year: So, I have bipolar disorder and I have had psychosis. Not a big deal, at the time I simply needed a better medicine, I am fully asymptomatic with the new meds. /1
