How do you homeschool with games? We often think toys and games distract from “real academics,” but so often they’re what make learning stick. Educational toys, puzzles, experiments, and board games open the door to creativity, logic, problem-solving, and deep exploration—exactly what we want for our learners. Homeschooling gives our children the freedom to be wiggly, creative, curious, and fully engaged. Whether they’re building, designing, digging for fossils, or crafting their own board game, these are the moments they’ll remember. If winter boredom has set in, try making a board game as a family.
