@TabloSupport I've had the tablo 4th gen for about a year and have never gotten it to work on my Roku ultra. I can stream but no local networks. Just black screen with the time in the right upward corner. It works fine on my Google tv devices but I now need it to work on the roku

@SerDuncanLunk Hi David, The 4th Generation Tablo acts as a hub to push your over-the-air TV and 100+ free streaming channels to every compatible device in your home. We've added an in-line amplifier to account for its multiple tuners, but it doesn't usually enhance the signal.

@TabloSupport In Firefox (on Ubuntu Linux though I doubt which OS matters), when we go to delete a recording, the UI hangs. This has been going on for 3 months or longer. Chrome works fine.

@TabloSupport I live about 90 miles from Seattle WA how would I be able to get local channels or I would not??? Would I instead get the channels from Victoria and Vancouver Canada?

@TabloSupport any reason why your app keeps kicking me out on Roku? And why I can’t access the guide while watching live? It works fine on my Amazon Fire and Google devices. But Roku is our preferred device.

@TabloSupport Getting support from TABLO has been difficult. It takes days for a response with each email that is sent back and forth.

@astepe1 Our team is working to locate some MPEG-4 OTA broadcasts (as they are a little rare) to do some testing on this. We hope to have more insight on this soon.

@TabloSupport this weekend and Monday night, I was watching NFL games, and ther was no sound on my tablet.. I'm using the legacy Tablo app. Only on the channels with NFL games... all of the other channels were fine. Is there a reason for that?

@therealJJJames Was surround sound enabled when the airings were recorded? If so, and your tablet does not support surround sound, then they will still have SS enabled on the recordings themselves. To receive audio, they'll need to be watched on a device with surround sound support

@TabloSupport I disabled the surround sound, still had no sound. Uninstalled, the reinstalled the app, still no sound ONLY on the NFL games... on 3 separate networks.

@TabloSupport Thank you, I just tried to log onto bit.ly/tablotvhelp but it states that made a 404 error. It recommended bitly.com instead. I also tried the site with /tablotvhelp but still got the 404. Also just to make sure it's suggested to create a profile. That's cool.

@TabloSupport good day, I hope it's a good one for all there. I'm having a bit of trouble with with getting 2 channels on the guide to display the shows coming on. The guide is on my Fire Stick, I can give you more details on the guide stick should you need it.
