@Sophie51403248 @SportsDirect_CS I’m in exactly the same boat! Sent them photos of shoes that had clearly been worn, and still nothing. It’s only been a month for me though, so it looks like they don’t like dealing with these issues. I will never use these crooks again, that’s for sure.
