@MacMate_ If after any tips, start your hip positioning at the height your hips shoot at in the video for reference as the bar breaks the floor. Thats your starting position, you’ll build way more core rigidity and tightness from that position. 🙏 Overall good lift mate.

Won all IESF qual games today with a pug squad with Destiny, @crunchyyworld @aleccfn @itsWaffe . 1.5 year break from COMP, Final tomorrow for overseas spot 🤣 GG's to all we played, hopefully over the next 12/18months I can push CS or VAL again and come back to comp, lets oge!

Made it to IESF Aus qualifer grand finals through the upper bracket. 13-10 vs Arcade, 13-9 vs BNK and 2-0 vs Mindfreak. Haven't slept and only installed the game again last night but we go again tmr at 4:30pm =D
