@ThatSneakyCoder What ideas do you have?
Also if I don't do SAS and I'm doing nothing I feel empty

@2sush Oh I meant that only. I meant to say they trained on OUR data. They can't claim authorship. I did a bad job in conveying the meaning in my earlier comment.
English

@trikcode Fam that sounds more like a burden.
Shouldn't vibe coding solve the bug in 5 mins?

See here is the thing. Java is a complete beast in itself.
Learning java will take a good amount of time too.
If you want to go into the java domain then build minimum 3-4 good large scale resume worthy projects. Get some open source contributions too.
I originally started with java in 2022 and then moved to js then python. Js and python still dominate most of the market today especially in startups. So make sure you have built something using js, py before moving to java.
Java and spring are widely used. All of oracle for example is java.
English

MERN is good, but don't ignore Java + Spring Boot.
If you're a college student currently focusing only on MERN or any frontend heavy stack, it might be worth exploring Java and Spring Boot as well.
MERN and JavaScript are great for building projects, understanding web development, and getting into startups or product based roles.
But in many industries like Fintech, banking, and large enterprises, Java and Spring Boot are still widely used.
These technologies often power large-scale systems and legacy codebases, which means there are strong opportunities in this space.
Having both skill sets can open more opportunities from startups to well-established companies.

Lol true.
But, interesting thing is these influencers core audience is always young naive men. Very less men past 25 believe in their cr*p. Early 2020 is when this sphere started picking up but, people realized it and called it out (mid 2025). It's dead now.
Most of this happens because young men don't get any support for their poor mental health and come from families that are broken (eg divorced parents).
English

@s4rah_dev All of the real men are busy making a living and don't have time to be manosphere influencers (manfluencers? LOL).
The ones acting like tools are projecting insecurities, I think, and it's not fun for any of us.
English

@Polymarket This mothef*cker.
You say this sh*t now.
After nuking everyone's confidence?
Yeah right. Thank god I didn't buy into his words earlier.

@thdxr It's more like:
- ai reply
- ai reply
- human reply: "🔥great work. Keep going!"
- ai reply

What about the stargate project lol.
Also, the circular investing rounds is crazy.
Oracle invests in openAI, openAI invests in nvidia, nvidia invests in oracle again. GDP increased by billions but, net value created was as*.
But, all the people these companies kicked out would only cause them to slack, they'll have to rehire after a point.

🚨Goldman Sachs just confirmed something insane and nobody’s talking about it
companies spent $450 billion in AI and contributed zero to US economic growth. not “minimal.” actually zero.
these companies fired a total of 30,000+ human workers to bet on ai infrastructure. it failed.
so where did the money went?
> Nvidia took $130B. Jensen got rich selling GPUs - not from AI working, from everyone buying hardware.
> corporate buybacks got the rest. cut jobs, slash costs, pump stock, buy it back. money went to shareholders, not productivity.
> the bubble: H100 clusters sitting underutilized. enterprise contracts collecting dust. same hype cycle.
the damage is done. Meta fired 21K. Amazon 16K. Atlassian 1.6K. those jobs aren’t coming back.
they bet the economy on AI productivity. Goldman confirmed there is no productivity. lmao
either this pays off in 18 months or we just witnessed the largest capital misallocation in tech history and we can’t undo it 💀
unusual_whales@unusual_whales
"Massive investment in AI contributed basically zero to US economic growth last year," per Goldman Sachs

@MILKANDH3NNY @ThePrimeagen Someone in the comments mentioned AVIF format. Maybe that'd be a good alternative.
English

@ThatSneakyCoder @ThePrimeagen Terrible file format
English

@Crypto__Riddle @wholyv maybe we'll know when we reach there. Good luck bruv.
English

@ThatSneakyCoder @wholyv I get the feeling that if I were to reach the top, I’d simply find another interesting way to improve myself or help others, is it so hard???
English

if I had a 30 BILLION DOLLARS company I wouldn’t be getting depressed too

Do you all realize?
All AI tools now are self affirming. Meaning they don't question you at all. They infact inflate your ego and confidence.
If you make the wrong decision with your product from the start, AI is just going to implement that.
Domain knowledge is extremely important. Atleast until AI becomes "sentient" in a way.
English

@LinusEkenstam They are going to win. These are the signs.
