I guess the address where the 180M tokens were moved is for community distribution.
But according to tokenomics, the community will be allocated 6.28%, which is 250M tokens.
That being said, it's highly likely that 180M tokens will be allocated (70%), and the remaining 70M tokens will automatically move to the automated staking wallet (30%).
This is just my prediction; you need to wait for official project information.

Following a successful trial token migration, the project has officially transferred 1,250,000 $BILL tokens to the Kucoin exchange There's another large 1,278,123 move order I'm not sure what it is, but this shows TGE Billions is closer than ever. I'll just guess that next week will be the official TGE.
