Last week, a group of young people from Kent visited the @CMTrust where they heard about the career journeys of staff members and toured the estate. They then created posters to explain why people should visit the trust. Big thanks to the CMT for hosting this day of activities!

💡Young women recently attended 2 events as part of our She Speaks project - a youth voice creative project at our office & a peer mentor workshop at @TheBDC. The project is funded by @citybridgefndn to address challenges faced by young women. Thank you to all involved so far!

💡Last week Year 9 students attended an insight day at @CanaryWharfGrp. They met staff, toured the site and took part in activities. One young person said, “I liked today because I met new people and learnt about a new job.” Big thanks to the team who made this day possible!

We have an excellent success record, with 80.5% of work-ready young people on our previous programme achieving employment. Young adults are eligible if they: -are 16-25 years old - have a mild to moderate learning disability and/or autism -have an aspiration for paid work

We're looking for young adults with a learning disability or autism in London and Birmingham to benefit from our Making Strides programme. The programme supports participants to identify their future aspirations, develop their skills, & successfully transition to paid employment.
