Oh wow, mi s-a reprosat faptul ca dintr-un moment de impas al vietii mele, cand efectiv am intrat in faliment, bancile mi-au blocat toate conturile, aveam popriri peste popriri si singura modalitate de a supravietui a fost efectiv sa fac uber cu plata cash :) ... ca na... nu le pasa bancilor ca mori de foame ... am ajuns sa fac trading. Literally cineva e atat de bolovan incat sa considere ca orice sarac in viata asta, trebuie sa ramana sarac doar pentru ca mortii lui, asa s-a nascut si asa trebuie sa moara. Imaginati-va ca cineva este atat de prost incat considera , ca faptul ca am evoluat si mi-am depasit conditia si am plecat din mediul ala infect de cartier in care ma aflam ...si am decis ca pot mai mult ... este ceva rau ... Bro daca tu n-ai fost in stare sa evoluezi nu inseamna ca si ceilalti trebuie sa ramana acolo ... DM DUTY About two dozen or so artists never replied to my DMs letting them know their art had been chosen for the Bucharest exhibition. Some are still DMing me now not even aware it ended a couple days ago. I'm not sharing these screenshots to belittle anyone. I'm sharing them to remind artists that if they want to build up awareness of themselves and their art in this space, they must be present. Yes, I know people have jobs, families and responsibilities. Yes, I know being here sometimes can require an artist to do more than just create art. Yes, I know people are introverts, non-social media savvy or recluse. But you know what? Succeeding is HARD. If you want a better body, you have to work out. If you want to get better grades, you have to study. If you want to be better at playing musical instruments, you have to practice. That's life...and this space is no different. It pains me that artists didn't have the same joy of exhibiting their work simply because they forgot, neglected to or simply didn't care enough to reply to a simple DM. I'm not telling you to wear yourself out by being in front of your computer screen for 12 hours a day like some of us. I'm not telling you to put your mental health in jeopardy by putting social media above all else IRL. I'm simply saying that unless you're part of the 1% who are so lucky or talented they can find success just by existing, you're gonna have to put in work.
