We scheduled bulk trash pickup for yesterday. A city truck stopped short of our drive, backed up and left. @KCMO311 said our trash wasn’t out there. Ma’am, zoom in on that red—it’s a pile of junk. And that’s your truck… staring right at it. Please come back. @KansasCity.
