@NapalmRecords My Arch Enemy: Deceivers (Ltd. Deluxe 2LP+CD Artbook) has come damaged/scratched. As upon inspection of the multicoloured LP it appears to have 3 distinct scratches on the record itself making it not play properly. Is there anything you can do? #napalmrecords

@lafauxmagerie There is a major issue with the christmas hamper that has just been delivered. Order number: #21711 None of the cheeses specified for the “The Christmas Banquet” costing £100 are in the basket. Only the 2 smoked chilli cheeses that was ordered separately.
