Thrilled to be released to lift & run for the first time since surgery! It was awesome to be back on the track & football field. Hit 4.81, 4.68, & 4.62 laser 40s, an 11.85 100m, and got 500 X’s 10 using an elevated hex bar to isolate my quads and glutes. #backontrack #builttolast

It didn’t keep me off the field but now that it’s off season I have surgery on Wednesday to clean up my knee. Stacking as many workouts as possible until then. #BuilttoLast

The Dr said I played 2 games w/ torn cartilage & a chipped patella but even though my prosthetic broke mid play I never missed a snap. Switched it out and scored TDs on both legs. Back to doc in 3 weeks to decide about surgery and grinding in the meantime! #BuiltToLast #2030QB
