Two leaders of the nonprofit, BHRAGS Home Care Corp., are accused for stealing more than $1.3 million from the taxpayer-funded organization, as well as two subcontractors who, according to the indictment, paid bribes and kickbacks to city officials in exchange for contracts worth millions. Democrat NYC Council member Farah Louis and her sister Debbie Louis, a top aide to Gov. Kathy Hochul, are currently under investigation for taking bribes. In other words, the two Democrats running the NGO steal millions, while the subcontractors they hired go around paying bribes to city officials for more contracts so the two running it can embezzle even more money, Meaning: the homelessness is not going nowhere —it’s a money laundering operation.
