🌱 TreeClone – Our Ground Story Begins
Three years ago, we purchased this 85-acre river-locked land in Swabi (locally called Bella).
Since then, we’ve been working quietly on the ground, studying the land, preparing it and understanding the challenges before committing to full-scale plantation.
Over the past years we completed:
• Cut & fill work
• Laser leveling
• Seasonal crop cycles
• Expansion of the orange orchard
• Weed control during the intense summer months
• Monitoring water-logged zones caused by rising summer water table
All of this was done to understand the land scientifically, what survives here, what fails here and what can scale here.
⸻
🌳 Plantation Phase Officially Began in March 2025
This year, we formally began the plantation stage.
Eucalyptus Plantation (80,000 trees target)
• March–May 2025: ~40,000 planted in 5×5 ft formation
• September–Mid December 2025: ~20,000 in progress, to be planted in 10×5 ft formation
• February 2026: Remaining ~20,000 planned in 12×6 ft formation
We lost around 7,000 trees in water-logged zones.
These areas will now be used to test Delta species and other water-resistant trees.
Paulownia (5 acres) starting Feb 2026
We’re testing Paulownia formation in:
• 10×10 ft spacing
• 12×8 ft spacing
This helps us understand survival, growth speed, and suitability for this region.
⸻
🔧 Ongoing Infrastructure Work
• New concrete water channels
• Improved irrigation layout
• Worker accommodation on site
• Solar power installation
• Rehabilitation of water-logged locations
• Field mapping through drone & satellite imagery
This land is being developed as a practical field lab, every step is measured, tested and documented.
⸻
🌍 Why We Are Doing This
Because large-scale plantation cannot be done from an office.
It demands real land, real effort, real setbacks and real understanding of climate behaviour.
TreeClone’s entire purpose is to build a scalable, ground-tested, long-term plantation model that works in real conditions, heat, floods, water-logging, weeds, soil variation, pests and irrigation challenges.
This is where that model begins.

✨ This is our first official land tour video.
More updates coming soon as we continue planting, testing, learning, and expanding.
