@slyowusu It’s a charity. It’s for everyone. It is run by trained volunteers. Similar in structure to St John’s Ambulance. It is a free and highly valued service provided by the Jewish community to the whole community. It’s not hard to understand

The stupidity is off the charts It is a charity, Hatzola, which was set up, funded and run by the Jewish community on behalf of the whole community (anyone who needs it, regardless of race or religion). The Jewish community saw a need, and mobilised to fix it.
