I’m suffering from mental stress and agony because of @upGrad_edu. They took my ₹4.585L making false promises. I’m asking for refund for more than 4 months now but no response. They are threatening me after taking my hard-earned money. @IndiaToday @ndtv @raghav_chadha

Dear @upGrad_edu , Kindly refund my money. Because of this I’m not able to start my bachelor's study. If I don't get a final reply within 3 working days, I'll be free to fight @upGrad_edu legally, and I won't stop until the company shuts down. Don't waste time anymore.

@malpani Being a shameless company, @upGrad_edu has proved how to steal students’ money —— I lost my ₹4.25L and they wasted my whole academic year.

How EdTech businesses like upGrad use their clout to silence the truth! No wonder students are so scared to speak up. Instead of improving their services, they are threatening students with legal action.

I received a notice from @upGrad_edu for using their logo. And asked me for a compensatory amount of ₹200, 00,000 (2CR). I just want to say to @upGrad_edu that if you really want to fight legally for the compensatory cost, then refund my money first. And I'm ready to fight legally with all the evidence. I didn't manipulate anyone against @upGrad_edu . I just shared my own experience. And yes I was scammed by @upGrad_edu and that's why I have every legal right to say that “upGrad #scammed me”. @raghav_chadha
