@dpkBopanna Shame on all for criticising MLAs asking for asking free IPL tickets.
Haven't they given free electricity, bus, monthly money to people from their own pockets?
Why can't they ask freebies too?
"Bittibhagya" applies to MLAs also.
Have some sympathy!! 🤭

Had MRI for the first time. Enquired to doctor, why MRIs is so costly. He replied, machine cost plus setup requires 10cr+. Need to pay 16-19% duty on machines as well. Come out with two questions in mind.
First, why does the Government impose such duties on equipment used for essential and emergency medical treatment.
Secondly, I wondered why, even in 2026, we still need to import such machines instead of manufacturing it in India.

Toyota is the most overrated car maker in India.
Aside from the brand's reputation of durability and reliability, they have absolutely nothing to show for themselves. Their EVs too are a failure compared to established players.
Also, outdated tech, extremely slow model rollouts and higher pricing than their competition. And now they even sell cheap quality Suzukis under their brand name and pray that the customer doesn't know better 🤡
If any other maker launched a car similar to Toyota at Toyota prices, it would be a total flop, but it sells for Toyota only because it's a Toyota badge.

A thought-provoking question raised by Raghav Chadha is sparking a fresh national debate: if fingerprints are required for essentials like ration, urea, and pensions—why not for voting?
Today, biometric authentication has already become a backbone of many welfare schemes, ensuring that benefits reach the right person while reducing leakages and fraud. From ration distribution to pension transfers, this technology has brought greater transparency and accountability into the system.
Supporters of biometric voting argue that it could further strengthen the electoral process—curbing fake voting, eliminating duplication, and increasing overall trust in elections. In their view, leveraging technology is the next step toward a more secure and efficient democracy.
However, concerns remain equally important. Voting is not just a process—it is a fundamental right that depends on privacy and secrecy. Large-scale biometric implementation raises questions about data security, exclusion risks, and whether every citizen can be seamlessly integrated into such a system without barriers.
This debate reflects the evolving nature of democracy—where innovation must walk hand in hand with rights. The real challenge lies in finding the balance: strengthening the system without compromising the very principles it stands on.

Crude oil was $65 for like the last 3-4 years.
Indian Basket - $65 per barrel
Discount from Russia - $10
Available to India - $55.
1 barrel =159 litres.
Per litre = ₹31
20% Ethanol Blend = 25+ 3 = 28
Refinery+Freight+OMC = ₹9
Price to the petrol pump = ₹37
Dealer's commission = ₹4
Petrol price to the consumers pre-tax = ₹41
How much the govt charged you? ₹100.
The govt never passed the benefits when the Crude was oil was low and we also got discount from Russia.
and now the govt is shamelessly claiming they haven't changed rates when the crude oil has gone up to $110 when we have already been paying fuel prices at the same rate as Crude Oil prices at $120 for the last few years.

@Drkaajukatli MONEY is the main issue for cribbing.
According to most Indians we "WASTE" money on health.
Money spent on entertainment, mobiles, hotels, gold, clothes is well spent.
We will demand free treatment from private, but don't question govt for failing to provide good govt hospitals.

🚨 Shocking: Airport Smoking Incident
A viral video shows a passenger, reportedly a Google employee, first caught smoking on the runway.
When taken to airport staff, he lit another cigarette, blew smoke in an airline staff member’s face, and abused them rudely.
Cigarettes and lighters are strictly prohibited as flammable items, yet they passed security — raising serious questions on security lapse.
What is this? Complete lack of civic sense. Stricter enforcement needed.

UAE IS JAILING TOURISTS FOR FILMING WAR IN THEIR "SAFE" CITY
70 British tourists arrested in Dubai.
Their crime: filming Iranian missiles falling from the sky above them.
The sentence: up to 2 YEARS in prison.
One 60-year-old man deleted his video before police even arrived.
Still arrested.
Still facing jail.
Dubai is not a safe city.
It is a city that will imprison you for proving it is not safe.
That's a regime covering its ass.

Zuckerberg's yacht once sailed 9,600 nautical miles, burned 676,800 liters of diesel, and waited two months in the South Pacific for him to show up.
He never came. It turned around and went home.
The vessel burns 1,165 gallons of diesel per hour at cruising speed. The carbon output of 630 cars running simultaneously. In nine months, it produced 5,300 tons of CO2, what 400 American households emit in an entire year.
Meta's sustainability report pledges net zero across their value chain by 2030. Zuckerberg's personal fleet (there's a $30 million support vessel that follows the yacht everywhere carrying submarines, helicopters, and water toys) produced more emissions on that single empty round trip than most people will generate in a lifetime.
The fuel tank holds 423,700 liters. A full fill costs about $230,000. Based on his 2024 wealth increase, Zuckerberg earns that in under 90 seconds.
Net zero is a line item in someone else's budget. It always was.
