This is a 100% LL10 friend. As I was worried about yeah this is insanely low for an anniversary unit at 100%. I'm aware they stack but until we get content where that matters this unit feels really oof

I'm unfortunately not having a great time with SSJ4 Vegeta and Goku. Super unimpressive turn 1, his rainbow orb conditions become much harder to hit post turn 1, and they're unfortunately super ki hungry, just like several other top tier LRs rn.
