Happy Father’s Day! Being a dad to two daughters has been the greatest blessing of my life. Now, as a grandfather, there’s nothing better than cheering on my grandkids, making memories together and encouraging them in their faith in Christ. “One generation will praise Your works to another, and will declare Your mighty acts.” (Psalm 145:4)

I fell for the fear mongering and lies about the "vaccine's" efficacy and took the 1st Modern 2-dose protocol in March 2021. And then I fell really sick in August 2021 with that strain of covid you may have also suffered. By then I had figured out the malevolent scam and did not go anywhere near my weaponized "health care providers". I wanted ivermectin but knew they'd been ordered against prescribing it. Though 70 at the time, as a strong healthy woman with no comorbidity risks I decided to pray my body's natural resiliency could conquer the virus using the same at-home care effective for a severe flu with high fever and chest/breathing difficulty. It took 10 days to subdue the fever, wheeze, cough and nausea and six weeks to even approach feeling normal again, but it worked. I remain convinced that had I entered the clutches of my doctor's hospital-based practice, I would have fared much worse.

My husband and I both had covid in August of 2021. We both became VERY SICK. Our blood oxygen was in the low 80's. We had a prescription for Ivermectin but the pharmacy played games for over a week and would not fill the order. Finally my daughter went to the pharmacy and told the pharmacist if something happened to us she would spent her life seeing he was punished. He finally gave her the prescription. Two days after taking the ivermectin, we walked outside for the first time in 30 days. At one point I was very seriously considering going to the hospital but my husband wisely discouraged me from that, he was right. I firmly believe had we walked into the hospital we would not have walked out. Thank you to @stella_immanuel for having the courage to buck the system and save our lives. Anthony Fauci needs to spend the rest of his life in prison.

The Bible says love “is kind, it does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud, it does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking.” (Cor 13:4-5). So I ask, how is this attention-seeking post on a hostile social media platform a kindness, much less an honor, to your father? A loving private phone call or visit is surely what he’d prefer to the vilification your selfish publicity seeking post will send his way.

The Lessons I Learned from My Dad I am not the man my father is. I am trying. Some days closer. Some days farther. He never sat me down and explained these lessons. He lived them. I’m still learning them. Show up. The kitchen table. The hospital room. The funeral. The picket line. The call from the son who won’t answer. Show up. Most days that’s the whole job. My whole life I watched him do it. Not for cameras. Not for headlines. Not because there was something in it for him. He showed up because someone needed him. I learned that grief doesn’t make you special. My father buried a wife and daughter. He buried a son. Yet he never treated grief as a claim on other people’s sympathy. Instead, it made him notice theirs. A mother who lost a child. A father sitting beside a hospital bed. A kid scared about what comes next. A son who lost his mother, his sister, his brother. He always noticed. I learned that power is not the point. The people who chase power eventually confuse the office with themselves. My father never did. Whether he was a county councilman, a senator, vice president, or president, he was the same man. The title changed. He didn’t. I learned that family comes first. The train from Wilmington wasn’t symbolism. It was every night. He read to us. Showed up to games. Sat through hospital rooms. Waited up for children who were lost. And when the day came that the country and the family could not both have him at full strength, he chose family. He relinquished the last chapter of how he wanted to be remembered. And he never complained about it. Most of all, I learned that love is not soft. Love is discipline. Love is showing up at one in the morning when nobody is watching. Love is answering the phone. Love is staying. Love is getting back up after life knocks you down and doing it all again tomorrow. That love saved my life. I’ve failed at many of these lessons, sometimes in very public ways. He loved me anyway. That’s the last lesson. I am not trying to become my father. I am trying to carry what he gave me. And if I can do that, even imperfectly, that will be enough. The oligarchs are nervous. In our corrupt campaign finance system, billionaire-funded super PACs are paying huge amounts to beat progressives and elect establishment candidates. The number one political issue is ending Citizens United and moving to public funding of elections.

Same with me. I deeply disliked and criticized, sometimes with urgency, the destructive policies I saw Obama and "Biden" imposing. I prayed for America to survive and be rescued by those who actually love and cherish her principles. I was furious by their propagandistic revisions and erasures of legitimate American history they didn't want seen any more. But not once did I vandalize federal or state property or riot. People who do those things are antisocial destroyers, never problem solvers. We are different.

When Obama and Biden were presidents, I didn't agree with many of their policies. I was upset when Obamacare passed. I was angry when Biden enacted so many executive orders in the first 100 days to cancel policies that I supported. Oh... and so much more. But NEVER ONCE did I cheer for the failure of anything. I knew many of their policies were wrong, but I never hoped that our country would not succeed or that their presidencies would fail. The people desecrating the Reflecting Pool are not only cheering for our country's demise, they are actively promoting it. This goes beyond TDS. They are truly mentally ill people. I hope they are incarcerated for a VERY long time.

I'm sorry, but I don't see a "Karen" here. I see an older woman who was confused and trying to figure out if the person was a man or a woman in the women's restroom. If people are being honest, it's easy to see why she was unsure. She wasn't screaming, threatening anyone, or causing a scene. She asked a question that many people would probably be wondering themselves. Calling someone a "Karen" for being confused about an unusual situation seems pretty unfair.
