'Ape Escape' was released on the PlayStation 27 years ago today in the US.

A 1 min example of me voicing Kakeharu in Crittertron Catchers at Metro Mall using my phone because I felt like doing so. Will admit I'm not a writer and bad at story scripting. The dialogue is intended to be improv.

Later this year on September 22nd, Crittertron Crew would be celebrating its 8th anniversary. Despite Crittertron Catchers at Metro Mall still being very, very early in development. 💔 Don't really have anything planned in advance for the event, just wanted to share that info.

Playing the Ape Escape prototype felt like experiencing christmas for the 1st time again. Was in awe at all of the unused stuff like the test stages, the TV tower turtles appearing in level 4 and the cheerleader minigame. Always had a feeling this game had many more mysteries.

1 of each Vulpix card I own, kept the duplicates in a binder. She's my favorite Pokémon of all time. So I don't really care about any other cards that might be more valuable.

Today my body was like: please no more sleeping in the desk chair it's been more than a week lay in the bed and properly rest please for the love of god. Ok I'm now layin in bed and wrapped in a fuzzy heavy blanket.

I'm talking about this type of weirdness. Yeah it looks silly when he does it. Just a bit curious if it's possible to mod the other fighters to be able to do the same. Haven't looked into pc mods beyond custom outfits.

Forgot about Li-fen. Well, here's where I would rank her. Would say for the top tier, as big and round as Dhalsim gets, none of that full body blueberry shaped nonsense. And here's my waifu tier list of the Darkstalkers. Not a fan of Morrigan nor Q-Bee in terms of their looks.

This is probably my weirdest opinion on the SF waifus. Along with my initial 1 word opinion on Yasmine. Juri is the one I hate the most due to her mean spirited personality and feet obsession, ugh, blegh, no thanks.

My Shadow the Hedgehog sounding Zennoshin voice hurts my throat too much so can't really do it anymore. Can still do my Big the Cat voice for Hirokichi and my deeper tone normal speaking voice for Kakeharu no problem. Thank god I recorded all of the Crittertron sounds years ago.

One of my backup plans was to find 4 local voice talents in NWA specifically around the age range of 30 to 39 to voice Fauntomé, Séánna, Chikushi and Zennoshin. Which would be way easier to do group dialogue and improv with.

So ai voice acting is a big major NO NO! Gonna have to gather the budget to fund hire 4 vtubers to voice act for my indie project. Already decided which 4 to be exact but proper timing, scheduling and especially the money is needed. Did the research and learned the risks today.

I hate it when someone's reaction to a game reveal or direct style presentation being "That could've been an email." Here's the thing, most don't check their emails including me so I frustratingly disagree with comments like that. So damn disrespectful.

The mistake? Leaving a bowl, fork, spoon, chopsticks in the kitchen next to the microwave because I needed to use the restroom and I was away for literally one minute. Was in the process of washing them until my body decided bathroom break. Then mom angrily overreacted.

Got bitched at for not helping enough at home and making the slightest of minimalist of mistake that only ONE person made a big deal about. If I was living alone there would be way less to deal with and way less hoarding. When everyone else is at home, I only care about my room.

"Why don't you help more?" Because I don't feel motivated. "Why don't you feel motivated?" Because it's been more than 2 months since the last time I was paid monthly as promised long ago. "Why don't you get a job?" Because every place that says they're hiring is lying it's BS!

Even though I've felt like it was a waste of time to not be working on my admittingly failed indie game, I've had the most fun going out and visiting places never been to. Even if the shops is mid / boring, the experience of roaming around even alone was more fun than being lazy.

This is another reason why I stopped caring about video game anniversaries not announcing, presenting nor releasing any new games. And why I'm fine with waiting years before buying another game even into my 30s. Some people has had their attention spans and patience ruined.

Early morning random thought but I'm not bothered by an anniversary for a video game franchise not getting a new game. Even if there was a new game I wouldn't be able to buy it until it gets a discount to either $20 or $30. Play other games, especially niche retro or indies.
