As a kid at a field trip to a nearby community center, I saw Buddhist monks making a sand mandala. The teacher explained they'd be destroying it as soon as they finished, to signify that all things are impermanent. I thought that was so stupid. I hated them, it made me so angry

It's only been a few months, but l. reuteri 6475 almost immediately relieved chronic sinus inflammation and I've made it through four waves of office colds without catching any. Previously I'd always get sick if anyone around me was and I can reliably breathe through my nose now

I don't know if it'd work for anyone but it seems to be providing something I was missing. Most random little supplements/protocols I hear about and try either do absolutely nothing or are actively harmful

I seem to have much less of a sinus response to dairy/some other foods too. Seems like a strong anti-inflammatory probiotic in general. I get some sort of drowsy histamine high every time I take some with food once/week

Thunderstorms are such a good time. Always love hearing that one's coming. Mostly harmless state of exception. Reminds the boss man that he doesn't make all the rules.

If something is true it's always old and always new. It rarely needs to be punched up to "feel original." Applies to a lot of things

It took me a while to lose and recognize the young man anxiety of driving at the Big New Point at all times. You run into a younger guy with this energy and recognize it instantly. Nothing wrong with it, but you get older.
