A little more detail on Britain's last capital punishment I mentioned above. The UK’s final executions took place 60 years ago. On 13 August 1964 at 8:00 am, Peter Allen and Gwynne Evans were hanged simultaneously in separate prisons: Walton (Liverpool) and Strangeways (Manchester). They were convicted of murdering 53-year-old John Alan West.

If Rupert Lowe's new party ever came to power, they are pledging to hold a referendum regarding the re-introduction of the death penalty in the UK. How much support would such a move get among the British population? For reference, the last time capital punishment was carried out in the UK was in 1964, which is much more recent than many people would imagine.

I don't think many people will argue against Robert Jenrick on that particular point. What the country badly needs is a solution rather than political point scoring, so do Reform have the answer?

Here is footage of the armed police raiding my home late on a Friday night thanks to Zia Yusuf's lies - now Farage's choice to be Home Secretary. All supported by the Reform leadership, supported by Farage. On the 14th March at 21.30, armed police arrived at my home unannounced - three vehicles, with four armed officers. I am a farmer. I own guns. All entirely legally and properly. The previous day, I had arranged with the police to voluntarily give up my guns because of Yusuf's lies. I was not impressed then to have armed police suddenly arrive on my doorstep late at night. The officers stayed until 23.38. They confiscated my guns and left. It took so much time as I have a large collection, so a wheelbarrow was required. Of course, everything was dropped and I got my guns back. Yusuf's lies put my family through this ordeal - supported every way by the Reform leadership. Today, we find out it all happened because Farage didn't like my comment on mass deporting foreign rapists. The day he announces Yusuf as his potential Home Secretary to lead the police. If he did it to me, he'll do it to you too. This man is not fit to lead the Home Office. None of them are fit to be in Government.

@Channel4News Once AI & Robotics take off properly, there will be no going back. These numbers are never going back down, although they are likely to be 'massaged' to hide the magnitude of what's coming.

Unemployment in the UK has risen to its highest for almost five years. The rate of unemployment went up to 5.2% in the last quarter of 2025. The Office for National Statistics said more people out of work were now actively looking for jobs - while wage growth has also fallen back. Ministers said almost 400,000 people were now in work compared to this time last year - but they admitted there was "more to do".

Just wait until the human jobs market is destroyed by AI and robotics. Right now the effect is relatively small but it will explode exponentially in the near future. We haven't seen anything yet and however terrible things seem now, human unemployment figures in the UK might never be this low again.

I don't think this will come as much of a surprise to most of you, but the UK unemployment rate is rocketing. The scary thing is that it may never now reverse, once the AI driven 'human job apocalypse' really begins there will be no way back for us mere mortals. Society as we know it will be unrecognisable a few short years from now.
