Your prime is not in your 20s. Your prime is the moment you realize nobody is coming to save you and you have to do the work on your own.

Tyler and Jonathan were undergrads at Vanderbilt who dusted off some old research that they thought could be commercializable.
They wrote into the 1517 contact form about their work. Nick, on our team, drove a couple hours to meet with them.
We wrote the first $50K check into Zeno to give them a shot on goal to get started.
Now they're powering the frontier.
Be the first check, not the last!

Not every mission needs a megawatt. Nuclear batteries will power the next frontier – beginning in 2027.

AHH.
I’m going to be able to scratch so many itches.
This might be the best skill ever created for the perpetual curious who want to learn.
I can’t wait to try it out maaaaaaaaaaan!

I poured my 10 years of teaching experience into a skill. It's called /teach, and it can teach you anything. Here's how it taught me to solve a Rubik's cube:

@_CapEx_ @REVIVALNATIONAL The background music in that video edit of Stephen Miller's 2016 speech is "Lux Aeterna" by Clint Mansell, from the Requiem for a Dream soundtrack.

heh thats what process chemists are for!
we almost bought aliskiren from novartis. would have been an awful deal actually. one of the big problems with the drug was low gross margin/high COGS (10+ steps). that was a fun one to play with
another was the pantothenate derivatives which came out insoluble at first. classic mcguigan protide.
another wild story is clofazimine (logp 7.5!!!) which my co-founder and i discovered as an RdRp inhibitor WHILE I WAS IN JAIL, sending SMILES over the ASCII jail email back and forth. a nature article would later come out by a chinese group!
there's one idea i probably shouldn't talk about because i should still do it, but its an intensely lipophilic situation, worse than clofazimine.
i've been involved with so many of these things as an inventor, manager or investor it's hard to remember all the good ones

THE GUY WHO WON ANTHROPIC'S HACKATHON JUST GAVE AWAY HIS ENTIRE CLAUDE CODE PLAYBOOK FOR FREE. 10 MONTHS OF WORK, ALL PUBLIC
Affaan Mustafa won the Anthropic x Forum Ventures hackathon by building a full startup in 8 hours with Claude Code. Then he open-sourced the exact setup that did it. It's called Everything Claude Code, and it turns Claude from one assistant into an entire engineering team
Repo: affaan-m/ecc
This isn't a prompt pack. It's a system he refined over 10+ months of daily use shipping real products
What's inside:
A huge library of skills, dozens of specialized subagents, and ready-made commands, all working together. Each piece does one job. One subagent reviews security against OWASP standards. One optimizes memory so Claude stops forgetting earlier decisions around hour three. One learns from your past sessions and projects so the setup gets smarter the more you use it. Others handle planning, test-driven development, and language-specific code review
Instead of one assistant writing code, you get an orchestrated team. A main session delegates to the right specialist when the task calls for it, the way a real dev team splits work
The best part: it's not locked to one tool. It runs in Claude Code, Cursor, Codex and OpenCode, across Windows, Mac and Linux. Free, MIT licensed
This is the difference between using Claude like a search box and running it like a team that ships. The guy spent 10 months figuring out what actually works so you don't have to

If you're building something ambitious for the good of humanity, we definitely want to talk to you. It's remarkable how significantly the attitudes on "data centers in space" have shifted in just the last year, but @Starcloud_ has been there from Day 0
