Social media easily radicalise people like the news and media stations on tv once did, and still doing. Sometimes, take a break off what is being fed to you on social media and relate with real people in your community. Go outside and touch grass. Do deep self reflection, poke your thoughts, and things you believe in with doubt and try to reasonably answer them while gazing into reality, and not your screens... It's a humbling exercise. But some people are already far gone.
