ಏಕಾಏಕಿ ಹಿಂದಿ ಭಾಷೆ ಕೈ ಬಿಡುವ ನಿಲುವು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡಿರುವುದು ಆಘಾತಕಾರಿ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆ. ಅದರಲ್ಲೂ SSLC ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಹಠಾತ್ ನಿಲುವು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಗೊಂದಲಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾರಣವಾಗಿದೆ. ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಲವು ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ ಅನುಸರಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿರುವ ತ್ರಿಭಾಷಾ ಸೂತ್ರವೂ ಕನ್ನಡವನ್ನು ಅಸ್ಮಿತೆಯಾಗಿ, ಇಂಗ್ಲಿಷ್‌ನ್ನು ಸಂವಹನ ಭಾಷೆಯಾಗಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಹಿಂದಿಯನ್ನು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಕೋನದಿಂದ ನೋಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಆದಾಗ್ಯೂ ಹಿಂದಿ ಭಾಷೆಯನ್ನು ಕೈಬಿಡುವುದಾದರೆ ಇದರ ಬಗೆಗೆ ಭಾಷಾ ತಜ್ಞರು, ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ತಜ್ಞರು, ಎಲ್ಲ ಭಾಷೆಯ ಸಾಹಿತಿಗಳು ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕವಾಗಿ ವ್ಯಾಪಕ ಚರ್ಚೆ ನಡೆಸುವ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿದೆ. - ಶ್ರೀ @BYVijayendra, ರಾಜ್ಯಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರು #CongressFailsKarnataka
