First it was the micro ticks.
Ticks so small people say they look like specks of dirt until they realize they're attached to their skin.
Then came reports of massive cannibal insect swarms spreading across multiple states.
Now scientists are warning about a fungal disease spreading through cats that can also infect humans, with experts warning it could eventually reach new regions.
Individually, each story sounds strange.
Together, they sound like something else entirely.
Tiny parasites.
Unusual fungal outbreaks.
Aggressive insect infestations.
And somehow they're all showing up at the same time.
Every few weeks there's another headline.
Every few months there's another outbreak.
Every year the list seems to get longer.
Maybe it's coincidence.
Maybe it's environmental change.
Or maybe we're watching a bigger pattern emerge in real time and most people are too distracted to notice.
Do you honestly believe all of this is happening at the same time by pure coincidence?
